介绍了城市人民防空工程的重要性,提出要将人防工程硬防护与软防护结合起来,按标准进行人防工程规划和建设的同时,应加强人防专业队伍的建设、工程的伪装和信息与心理防护。
The paper intraduces the impartance of urban civil air defense engineering is an important means of defense.There must combine the hard defense with the soft defense for the civil air defense engineering.The planning and construction of the civil air defense engineering will be implemented according to the standards.And the civil air defense professionals team building,the engineering disguise,and the psychological protection will be strengthened.
