This paper introduced the development process of risk management theory of real estate projects,introduced the Monte Carlo simulation method to the field of real estate development costs risk management,provided quantitative analysis on cost risk management using Monte Carlo model method with random number principle,so as to provide reference for real estate development cost risk management,improved the efficiency of cost risk management.
