摘要
针对施工企业流动性大的现象,分析了建筑企业招聘人才时存在的问题并总结了招聘人才方法,从生活、工作方面探讨了用好人才的方法,介绍了施工企业留住人才的三种渠道,以满足建筑施工企业人才资源的需要。
According to the obvious mobility in construction enterprises,the paper analyzes some problems in the talent recruiting of architectural enterprises,sums up the talent recruiting methods,explores the way to make full use of talents from the life and work,and introduces the three channels to conserve talents in construction enterprises,so as to meet the demand for the talent resources in architectural and construction enterprises.
