摘要
潮流转移引起的连锁跳闸是导致世界各国大停电的重要因素之一。迅速采取切机、切负荷等措施是降低非故障线路过负荷程度、避免远后备保护不合理动作的有效手段。详细分析了一起非故障线路在故障线路非全相运行期间因不对称潮流转移被不合理切除的案例,进而提出一种基于本地信息预防连锁跳闸的快速切机、切负荷方案。该方案以潮流转移过负荷的识别结果作为触发事件,送电端切机和受电端切负荷能独立进行,不依赖通讯,可避免不对称潮流转移持续时间过长而造成非故障线路被不合理切除。仿真验证了该方案的有效性。
Intertripping caused by flow transferring is an important factor in resulting in blackout all over the world. Effec- tive means to reduce over load degree of non-fault lines and avoid unreasonable action of distant backup protection include measures of fast generator tripping and load shedding. This paper analyzes one example that is to unreasonably cut off non- fault line during the period of open-phase operation of fault line for reason of asymmetrical flow transferring. It proposes one fast generator tripping and load shedding scheme based on local information for prevention of intertripping which is to take recognition result of flow transferring over load as trigger event while the sending end generator tripping and the receiv- ing end load shedding are separately independent of communication which is able to avoid unreasonable cut-off of non-fault lines caused by long-time asymmetrical flow transferring. Simulation verifies feasibility of this scheme.
