电缆中间接头应力锥安装错位检测的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 模拟制作了电缆中间接头应力锥安装错位缺陷,以此建立缺陷检测的试验平台,对比分析阻尼振荡波电压法局部放电检测、工频交流耐压试验和局部放电在线检测等典型试验方法对电缆应力锥错位缺陷检测的有效性和灵敏度。试验结果表明:三种试验方法均可有效检测电缆应力锥错位缺陷,其中阻尼振荡波电压法的灵敏度更高且可实现精确定位。由此得出结论:可采用阻尼振荡波电压法局部放电检测和工频交流耐压试验进行10 kV电缆交接验收试验,将电缆绝缘状态检测关口前移;可采用局部放电在线检测方法检查在运电缆的绝缘状态。 This paper imitates installation malposition defect of cable joint stress cone and establishes relevant detection test platform. It compares and analyzes effectiveness and sensitivity of typical testing methods for detecting installation raalposi- tion of cable joint stress cone such as partial discharge detection of damped oscillation wave voltage method, power frequen- cy AC withstand voltage test and partial discharge online detection. Testing result shows that these three testing methods are all effective to detect malposition defect of cable stress cone and sensitivity of damped oscillation wave voltage method is rather higher to realize precise positioning. Thus, it suggests to use partial discharge detection of damped oscillation wave voltage method and power frequency AC withstand voltage test to proceed handing over acceptance test for 10 kV cable which is to put forward lead of insulated state detection gate of the cable. In addition, it proposes to use partial discharge online detection method to check insulated state of operating cable.
