摘要
根据影响环网柜SF6气体绝缘性能的因素,选择气体密度和微水含量作为SF6气体的在线监测量。通过分析气体密度与压力的关系,以及气体相对湿度与露点温度的转换关系,确定监测量的检测方法。针对环网柜的特点和安装环境,设计了10 kV环网柜SF6气体在线监测系统的结构,提出采集单元、集中单元和后台主站的技术实现方案,并对系统的实际应用进行了规划。
According to affection factor on insulation performance of 10 kV ring main unit SE, gas, this paper selects gas density and micro-water content as on-line monitoring quantity for SF6. By analyzing relations between gas density and pres- sure and transformation relations between gas relative humidity and dew point temperature, it determines detection method for monitoring quantity. Aiming at characteristic and installation environment of ring main unit, it designs structure of SE, gas on-line monitoring system and proposes technical realization scheme for acquisition unit, concentration unit and back- ground main station. Meanwhile, it plans practical application of the system.
