火电厂锅炉受热面管氧化皮脱落事故原因分析 被引量:10

摘要 目前国内外开展的超(超超)临界火力发电机组锅炉炉管氧化皮脱落导致爆漏事故的研究多为实验室模拟研究,导致工程问题与实验室研究的脱节。针对此,在调研全国十余家火电厂炉管爆漏事故的基础上,分析影响火电厂实际运行炉管氧化皮脱落的主要原因,得出炉管氧化皮脱落主要与炉管材质、机组超温运行、机组启停、投(误投)减温水等因素有关,并依此给出了相应的预防处理措施。 At present, research on blast leakage accident caused by fall-off of oxide skin of boiler tube of supercritical (ultra- supercritical) thermal generation unit at home and abroad is more of simulation test in laboratory which may result in being disjointed with practical engineering problem. Aiming at this, this paper analyzes main reasons for fall-off of oxide skin of boiler tube of practical operation on the basis of survey of blast leakage accidents of boiler tube in more than ten thermal power plants and concludes that the main reasons for fall-off of oxide skin include material quality of tube, overheat opera- tion of the unit, star-up and stop of the unit, desuperheating water and so on. At last it provides correspondent treatment measures.
