摘要
肇庆、云浮地区电网结构薄弱,但云浮地区电源较为充裕,建设地区电网安全稳定控制系统对提高该地区电力外送能力和系统稳定非常必要。针对此,在介绍区域安全稳定控制系统建设目标的基础上,讨论了肇庆、云浮电网潮流输送枢纽节点220 kV端州变电站的安全稳定系统配置及其动作策略。实际运行表明,端州变电站的安全稳定系统的建设解决了肇庆、云浮地区运行线路过载以及孤立电网产生窝电的问题,保证了该地区电网的稳定运行。
The structure of power grids in Zhaoqing and YunFu districts is relatively weak while the power supply in Yunfu is comparatively abundant. Construction of safety and stability control system in this area is therefore necessary for enhance- ment of the system stability as well as the power sending capability. Aiming at this, the paper discusses configuration and ac- tion strategy of safety and stability control system installed in 220 kV Duanzhou substation on the basis of introducing con- struction target of regional safety and stability control system. Practical operation shows that the construction of safety and stability control system in Duanzhou substation may solve problems of overload of transmission lines in Zhaoqing and Yunfu districts and power sending block and ensure stable operation of power grid.
