摘要
以1 000 MW机组为例,从煤种适应性、点火特性、二次燃烧和环境保护等方面对等离子点火技术与微油点火技术进行性能比较;从使用时间这一实际量出发,考虑入炉所需热值相等的原则,计算这两种节能点火技术从基建到运行各环节的费用,从安全运行的角度比较这两种节油技术的经济性。提出建议:对于新建机组,以一期工程选用微油点火技术、后期工程选用等离子点火技术为佳;对于改造机组,选用微油点火方式更适合。最后指出油价不断上涨是选择点火方式时值得考虑的因素。
Taking 1 000 MW unit as an example, this paper compares plasma ignition and micro-oil ignition technologies in performance in aspects of adaptability of coal type, ignition characteristics, secondary burning and environmental protec- tion. On the basis of actual quality of hours of use, it considers equal calorific value as fired, calculates costs for capital con- struction and operation of these two ignition technologies and compares their economy from an angle of safe operation. It proposes to choose micro-oil ignition technology for the first-stage project while plasma ignition technology for the later pro- ject for those new constructed units. For those reformed units, it proposed to adopt micro-oil ignition technology. It points out factors to be considered for choosing ignition ways are increasing oil price.
