通过优选科里奥利质量流量计,设计和选择相关辅助设备并组装成钻井液密度在线测量装置,对该装置进行了一系列室内测试和现场评价。结果表明:所研制的测量装置具有良好的精密性、准确性、稳定性和可靠性,可实现钻井液密度的实时在线测量,适合于钻井现场使用。

Through selection of Coriolis Mass Flowmeter,the related auxiliary equipment was designed and chosen to assemble an online measuring device for drilling fluid density detection.A series of laboratory evaluations were given to the device.The results show that.The Coriolis mass flowmeter of online measurement for drilling fluid density has advantages of accuracy,precision,reliability as well as stability.It can be used for online measurement for drilling fluid and it is suitable for field drilling.
