摘要
通过对沙特AI Jalamid磷矿选矿回水的试验研究,确定影响浮选精矿质量的Ca2+质量浓度为160mg/L,回水处理以消除Ca2+为主,从而避免Ca2+对浮选产生不利影响。经过处理的回水返回浮选作业,获得了与清水一样的选矿指标,并提出了有效的回水处理方法。
Ca2+ mass concentration is identified to be 160 mg L, which will affect the flotation concentrate in quality by the ex perimental research on the Saudi AI Jalamid phosphate beneficia tion return water. The disposal of the return water is to mainly remove Ca2+,thereby preventing it from affecting the flotation, The treated return water goes back to the flotation operation and has the same indices in beneficiation as fresh water. An effective return water treatment method is presented.
