摘要
分析了察尔汗盐湖固体钾镁盐的赋存特性、晶间卤水开采与盐田滩晒工艺及其与固体钾矿溶解转化工艺的关系,通过理论分析与试验数据对比,认为采用氯化镁溶剂对氯化物型固体钾矿进行溶解转化是完全可行的,具有安全、经济、可操作等优点,对盘活大量的难采钾资源,促进我国钾肥工业发展具有重要意义。
Analysis was made of occurrence characteristics of solid potassium and magnesium salts in Chaerhan Salt Lake .in- tercrystalline brine mining, salt pan evaporating process and its relationship with solid potassium and magnesium salts dissolu- tion-conversion process. The theoretical analysis and comparison of the test data indicate that it is feasible to dissolve and convert solid potassium chloride by magnesium chloride solvent. It fea tures safety, economy, operability and other advantages and has an important significance to vitalizing massive potassium re- sources difficult to be mined and promoting growth of China's pot- ash fertilizer industry.
