摘要
开磷集团用沙坝矿中深孔爆破参数的取值一直是矿山的难题。为了得到最佳的爆破参数,选取用沙坝矿石的岩石力学参数,采用有限元方法模拟不同炮}L密集系数爆破后的能量分布数值规律,计算结果表明,当爆破炮孔的孔径为40mm时,装药方式为耦合装药的前提下,乳化炸药爆破磷矿石的最佳炮孔密集系数m为2.2,即最小孔底距a为1.98m时矿区的爆破效果最佳。
In order to obtain the best blasting paramelers, data of the Ynngshaba Mine 's ore rock mechanics were selected using energy distribution law of values for the post-blasting finite ele ment simulation of different borchole intensive coefficients . The results show that when the blasting borehole is 40 mm in aper ture and charging is made in coupling manner, the best coefficient m of borehole intensive for emu'lsion exp'losive blasted phosphate rocks is 2.2. namely, the minimum borehole basal pillar a is 1. 98 m , blasting effect in the mine is the best.
