摘要
在大连国际会议中心复杂钢结构节点深化设计中,采取了调整杆件方向、杆件截面替换、次要杆件偏心处理、节点间距离调整以及采取节点处加劲板对应公用、节点板加劲板加密、杆件翼缘做弯折加劲处理、节点处的上下翼缘做整板、角部做圆弧过渡、节点处杆件做变坡处理、节点处H型钢做封箱处理等措施,进行了多杆件复杂节点的深化设计,并采取了有效技术措施,在控制焊接变形、减小焊接残余应力影响的前提下保证了加工精度。
During in-depth design of complex steel structure nodes in Dalian International Cunference Center project, in-depth design of complex node with multiple rods is carried out through adoption of various measures, such as regulation of rod direction, replacement of rod section, eccentric correction of secomtary rod, regulation of spacing among nodes, share of related stiffening plate at node, densification of stiffening plates at nodes, bending stiffening of rod flange, whole plate transition between upper and lower flanges and arch transition at comer of node, variable slope treatment of rods at node and box sealing treatment of H-type profile steel at node, etc. Effective technical measures are adopted to guarantee processing accuracy while controlling welding deformation and reducing residual stress of welding.
