摘要
复杂钢构件分为弧形构件、变截面交叉五箱型钢柱和焊接球网架大截面箱型天窗梁支座节点等结构形式。通过分析复杂钢构件的难点、特点,从深化设计入手,优化了构件和节点;结合现有设备制订了组装、焊接工艺及质量精度控制措施;对批量大的构件或节点加工,研究开发了专用设备和工装,解决了加工难题,降低了成本。
Complex steel component is divided into a curved the member variable cross-section cross five box type steel columns and large cross-section of solder ball grid box skylight beam support node structure. By analyzing the difficulty of complex steel components, features, deepen design optimized components and nodes; combined with existing equipment, the development of the assembly, welding technology and quality precision control measures; bulk component or node processing, research and development of dedicated equipment and tooling, to solve the processing problems, reduce the cost.
