摘要
某工人文化宫主体结构采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,为平面和立面均不规则的超限高层建筑。根据《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 3—2010),复杂结构需进行结构抗震性能设计。通过详细介绍该超限结构的抗震性能目标、超限情况及采取的主要针对措施、弹性时程分析、静力弹塑性分析等,分析结果表明,该超限高层能达到预期的抗震性能目标。
One works cultural palace is an out-of-codes high-rise building, which is an abnormal structure in horizontal and vertical direction. Frame-shear wall structure is used as the main structural system. According to Technical specification for the concrete structures of tall b uilding(JGJ 3-2010), the performance-based seismic design was adopted in the design of complicated structures. The article introduces in detail the performance objectives, seismic measures, elastic time-history analysis, static elasto-plastic pushover analysis, etc. The results indicate that the building can achieve the anticipated performance objectives.
