摘要 社会结构的变化对人才素质的培养提出了更高的要求。中职学校作为培养专业技能人才的学校,不仅要重视职业技能,更要注重人格教育。实践证明,在历史教学的实践活动中,有利于渗透职业人格教育,培养学生正确的价值观、世界观和人生观,引导学生正确面对生活和工作中的压力和问题,为我国的现代化建设培养优秀的合格人才。 The changes in social structure demand higher requirements for training of personnel quality and ability. Secondary vocational schools, with the primary task of training personnel with professional skills, should pay attention not only to professional skills, but to personality education. It has been proved by the fact that personality education is more easily to be penetrated into history teaching to develop correct outlook on value, world and life for students and help them properly handle the stress from life and study and prepare them to be excellent and qualified talents.
