城市环境综合整治定量考核中大气环境指标的系统分析

SYSTEM ANALYSTS OF AIR ENVIRONMENTAL INDEX IN QUANTITATIVE ESTIMATION IN URBAN ENVIRONMENTAL COMPREHENSIVE TREATMENT

针对目前实行的城市环境综合整治定量考核指标体系中,有关大气环境综合整洁的九项指标的完整性、重要性、合理性进行了系统分析.采用逻辑关系分析方法分析了指际的完整性,提出了应增加一项有关工业能耗的指标.采用层次分析的方法,分析了各项指标的重要性程度.确定了相应的权值作为进一步修定各项指标评分的准则,对部分指标进行了初步订证使之更趋合理.

The system analysis was given for the integrity, importance and the rationality of nine indexes of air environment in this paper. The index of perfection was analysed with analitics and an index of industrial energy cost was offered to be added. The importance of indexes was also analysed with the method of hierarchy analysis. Some of them were revised preliminarily so as to make them more rational.
