摘要
中国科技社团奖励制度是我国民间科技奖励体系的重要组成部分,既是社会进步和科技发展的必然要求,也是科技改革不断发展、完善的一个重要标志和必然要求。本文以中国科协及所属全国学会、协会、研究会设立的科学奖项为例,深入探讨我国科技社团奖励体系的运行现状及经验,尝试为建立科学、合理、具有中国特色的科技社团评价体系提供借鉴和启示。
As an important component of Chinese nongovernmental sci-tech incentive system, the reward system of Chinese scientific and technological organizations is not only an inevitable requirement of social progress and the development of science and technology, but also an important symbol of the continuous development and perfection of the reform of the scientific and technological system. This paper takes the scientific awards that are set up by China Association for Science and Technology, national societies, associations, and research societies for example, and analyzes the operating status and experience of the reward system of Chinese scientific and technological associations, so as to provide some references for the establishment of a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of scientific and technological societies with Chinese characteristics.
