Defi nition and System Construction of Tourism Real Estate

进入新世纪以来,"旅游房地产"迅速成为地产界、旅游界、学术界以及相关政府部门共同关注的热点。然而,当前有关旅游房地产的认识却非常混乱。本文从房地产的基本概念出发对旅游房地产进行界定,并建构了旅游房地产的概念体系,以期为将来的研究奠定理论基础。

In the new century, the concept of ＂Tourism Real Estate＂ is becoming a focus among the real estate sector, the tourism industry, academia and relevant government departments. However, there is a confusion in the understanding of the concept. With a view to laying the theoretical foundation for future research, this paper defines the tourism real estate in accordance with the basic concept of real estate and constructs a conceptual framework.
