机织物结构计算机辅助设计

摘要 基于织物外观几何结构分析法,建立了平纹织物和非平纹织物的经纬纱线屈曲形态数学模型,得出它们表面满足的曲线方程,同时为满足织物模拟的效果,假设织物表面外有一点光源,结合织物表面的曲线方程,从最终位图的像素入手建立光照模拟函数,并利用VB 6.0制作软件实现织物的外观模拟. Math models for warp and weft yarns’ flexure modality of plain and non-plain fabrics are established on the basis of geometry structure analysis of fabric appearance.In this way,a curve equation which suits fabric surface has been educed.To meet the need of fabric simulation effect,the paper,supposing that there is a lamp-house outside the fabric surface,establishes the simulation function of light illumination according to the curve equation and the pixel of the final bitmap,and realizes the simulation of fabric appearance by means of VB 6.0.
