延续壮大南通农民专业合作经济的对策分析

On Measures to Continue the Growth of Nantong Farmer Specialized Cooperative Economy

近年来,南通农民专业合作经济所呈现的合作规模扩大、合作范围拓宽、合作质量提升等特点,有效加快了全市农业现代化进程;但同时经济实力薄弱、组织机制欠缺、合作层次不高、内部运行失范等问题的出现又阻碍了其进一步壮大。在总结前期经验的基础上,分析出只有在政府扶持、组织规范、社会参与、融入市场等途径的共同作用下,农民合作经济良好的发展态势才能得以延续。

In recent years,the farmer specialized cooperative economy of Nantong City has showed an expansion in its scale and range and an enhancement of its quality,which has effectively accelerated the process of agricultural modernization of Nantong City.But at the same time,the weaknesses in its economic strength and organizational mechanism,the low level of the cooperation,the anomie of internal operation have hindered it from a continued growth.Based on a review of the prior experiences,the paper suggests that the growth of farmer cooperative economy should be continued only through concerted efforts of government supports,organizational norms,social participation and integration into the market.
