摘要
本文对用脉冲澄清池一次净化海水的处理工艺进行了研究,探讨了该工艺的运行规律,确定了以三氯化铁为混凝剂,用脉冲澄清池一次净化海水的操作参数,为生产管理提供了科学依据.实际运行表明,在该工艺中,脉冲澄清池的充放比应控制在5:1~4:1之间;混凝剂投加量与原水浊度的关系符合1/y=-0.37+17.92的相关关系(不加斜管);排泥间隔应根据原水水质的变化进行相应的调整.
The one-through purification process of seawater with pulsator was studied and its operating regulation was also discussed in this paper. It was proved that ferice chloride was the efficient flocculant for this process. The operating parameters of one-through purification of seawater with pulsator in this study was provided the scientific basis for production management. In the practice, the ratio between water changing time and discharging time should be controlled in'the range of 5 : 1-4 : 1. The correlation between the dose of flocculant and turbidity of raw water was 1/y =-0.37+17.92 1/x. The time interval of sludge discharging was adjusted correspondingly whenever the turbidity of raw water charged.
