大学生体育教学与心理教育之关系刍议

The Relationship between Physical and Psychological Education of College Students

学校体育在严格意义上是指学校体育工作者有组织有计划地授予学生身体锻炼和体育运动的知识技能,以达到增强学生体质,提高运动能力、磨练意志和形成良好品德的教育。体育教学在内的本质上就包含了心理教育的因子。本文从多个角度,综合阐述了大学生体育教学与心理教育的关系。

Strictly,the physical education in college is that the physical education staff gives class to students to teach basic wellness, sports and techniques.So that the students can be healthy,improve their sport abilities,gain indomitable will and form good behaviors.From the meaning and essence of physical education,it contains the element of psychological education. The main relationship between physical and psychological education represents in two aspects.First,there are some similarities in functions and tasks,such as they can raise good emotion, will and characteristics.Second,the psychological education is the basis of physical education,because human body and mind always exist together.The better psychological quality you have,the more sport techniques you will gain.
