摘要
本文将通过文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法进行研究身体素质对健美操运动员的作用。健美操对身体素质的要求较高,对抗性较强,因此这种运动强度大,能量消耗大的运动,故在训练比赛中,要求健美操运动员必须具有高质量的身体素质。本论文通过探讨力量素质、柔韧素质、耐力素质对健美操运动员的作用,从身体上寻求提高健美操水平的方法,改善运动员的技术水平,从而将健美操的艺术发挥得更加完美,使运动员在平时训练中提高训练效果,在比赛中完成难度动作并取得好成绩。
This paper will through the literature material method,expert interview method to research the physical quality of the function of aerobics athlete.Aerobics on physical quality requirements higher,antagonism is stronger,therefore this kind of sport intensity,energy consumption big movement,so in the training game,request aerobics athlete must have good strength, flexibility, endurance,coordination and physical quality.This paper discusses the power quality,flexible quality,endurance quality on the function of aerobics athlete,from body to enhance aerobics level method,improve the athlete's technical level,and the art of aerobics will play a more perfect,make the athletes in peacetime training to improve the training effect,complete in the game difficulty action and get good grades.
