摘要
体育运动在塑造人的形体、健全人的心理、培养独立的人格以及形成个人顽强意志力等方面具有无可比拟的作用,而人文思想作为现代体育教学的精神核心,是我国现阶段实施科教兴国战略,全面推进素质教育的重要组成部分。随着我国高职教育的发展,高职体育教学逐渐形成了"以人为本"的体育教学指导思想,将人文思想与体育教学紧密结合在一起,越来越强调对人的关怀和人文精神的弘扬。本文在体育教学基础上对此进行研究,并以此对其人文思想进行探析。
