摘要
目的:探讨运动营养组合调控对提高运动能力的作用。方法:选取120例年轻青运动员为研究观察对象,随机分为观察组60例以及对照组60例。观察者运动员运动前补充大豆多肽高能饮料,对照组运动员运动前补充白糖水,两组运动员分别接受游泳测试,应用计时器对两组运动员游泳时间进行记录,同时应用自动生化试验仪对两组运动员尿素氮、血糖的含量进行测定。结果:观察组运动员游泳时间显著短于对照组运动员,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组运动前后血糖及尿素氮的水平变化不具有差异性(P>0.05),对照组运动前后血糖及尿素氮的水平具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对运动员补充营养饮品能有效提高运动员耐受能力,消除运动员疲劳感。
Objective:To investigate the combination of sports nutrition regulation to improve exercise capacity.Methods:120 cases of the young young athletes for the study observed object randomly divided into observation group of 60 patients and a control group of 60 patients.
