摘要
在社会交换和社会认同的理论框架基础上,通过275对家族企业的经理人及其上司配对问卷调查,分析家族企业的组织支持感对经理人工作表现的影响机制,尤其是研究组织认同在其中的中介作用以及"关系身份"的调节作用。层级回归分析的结果表明,组织认同在组织支持感对经理人工作表现中起中介作用;与之前学者研究结果不同,经理人的"关系身份"在组织支持感与组织认同之间的关系调节作用不显著。
Based on social exchange theory and social identity theory, we analyzed the mediating role of organizational identification (OI) in the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) and manager's job performance and the moderating effect of “guanxi” in POS-OI relationship. Hierarchical regression analyses on a matched sample of 275 manager-supervisor from 87 family businesses in Guang- dong province showed that: organizational identification mediated the relationship between perceived or- ganizational support and manager' s job performance ; “guanxi” didn' t moderate the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational identification, which is different from the previous re- search.
