摘要 采用表面活性剂协同微波提取墨旱莲中的总黄酮.以总黄酮得率为指标,采用单因素实验考察了表面活性剂的种类、表面活性剂的质量浓度、微波辐射时间、质量体积、溶剂pH值、提取级数等因素对得率的影响,并优化工艺条件.确定表面活性剂协同微波法提取墨旱莲总黄酮的最佳工艺条件:以质量浓度10mg/mL的吐温-60水溶液为提取剂,微波辐射150s,质量体积为25mL/mg,pH值为6,提取1次,总黄酮得率为2.27%.表面活性剂协同微波提取法是较为理想的一种提取方法. Extraction of total flavonoids from Eclipta by the surfactant-microwave extraction was studied in this paper. Single factor test was adopted to study the effects of some factors on extraction percentage of flavonoids from Eclipta, such as the type of surfactant, volumetric concentration of surfactant, microwave radiation time, liquid/solid ratio, pH of solvent and microwave stages. The results indicated that the optimum operating condition were as follows: taking the volume concentration(g/mL) 1.0% aqueous solution of Tween-60 as the extraction solvent, microwave radiation was 150 s, liquid/solid ratio was 25 : 1 and microwave stages was one time. In such conditions the extracting yield was 2.27 %. Compared with other methods, surfactant-assisted microwave extraction (SAME) was considered as an ideal method for extracting.
