5种中药丙酮提取物对一株柑橘采后致腐青霉的抑制作用

摘要 采用菌丝生长速率法、单位面积产孢量计算法和凹玻片悬滴法,研究射干、苦参、肉桂、厚朴、丁香的丙酮提取物对一株柑橘采后致腐青霉的离体抑菌效果。结果表明,质量浓度为10 mg/mL时,丁香丙酮提取物对该致腐青霉的菌丝生长、分生孢子萌发以及产孢量抑制效果最好,抑制率均达100%,其最低抑菌质量浓度为6 mg/mL。 The experiments about acetone extracts from Blamcanda chinensis, Sophoraflavescens Ait, Cinnamomum cassia, Magnolia officinalis , Syzygium aromaticum against one Penicillium species causing post-harvest rot of Citrus fruits are investigated by using mycelium growth rate, sporulation per unit area and pendant-drop method. The results show that acetone extracts from Syzygium aromaticum has the best antifungal effect when its mass concentration is 10 mg/mL. The inhibitory rate of acetone extracts from Syzygium aromaticum is 100% and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) is 6 mg/mL.
