羟丙基马铃薯淀粉合成工艺的研究

摘要 以马铃薯淀粉为原料,在碱催化条件下以环氧丙烷为醚化剂,硫酸钠为膨胀抑制剂,通过醚化反应制备羟丙基改性淀粉。采用正交试验设计的方法,探讨环氧丙烷用量、NaOH用量、反应时间、反应温度对羟丙基马铃薯淀粉取代度的影响,确定出最佳的羟丙基马铃薯淀粉合成工艺条件。结果表明,羟丙基马铃薯淀粉合成的最佳工艺条件是:反应温度为40℃,环氧丙烷的用量为6g,NaOH的用量为0.8g。 In alkali catalysis condition, hydroxypropyl modified starch by using potato starch as raw material, propylene oxide as etherization reagent and sodium as expand inhibitors, are prepared through the etherification reaction. The effects of some factors such as reaction time, amount of propylene oxide, reaction temperature and amount of sodium hydroxideon substitution degree of hydroxypropyl potato starch are investigated by using the orthogonal experimental design method in order to determine the best etherification process conditions. The result of orthogonal test indicates that the best technological conditions of making the hydroxypropyl potato starch are as follow: the temperature 40 ℃ , amount of epoxy propane 6 g, amount of sodium hydroxide 0.8 g under the conditions of experiment.
