无党派代表人士的代表性问题研究

On the Representative Problems of the Representatives of Independents

无党派代表人士是中国政治生活中的一支重要力量。作为代为表达者,应当具有表率性、代理性和表达性。通过对H市和S县政协委员的个案研究,可以看到无党派委员正在发挥越来越大的参政议政作用,但也存在代理性不足和表达性不够的问题,总体上属于象征代理,而不是实质代理。如何使无党派代表人士从象征代理转变为实质代理,以发挥更大作用,这是摆在我们面前的一个重大课题。

The representatives of independents play an important role in the political life in China. They are expected to be good examples, agents and tongues of people. From the research of the specific cases of members of CPPCC in H city and S county, we can see that committee members of independents play more important roles in political activities. But their roles of representativeness and expressivity are not fully performed, which make them only symbol agents instead of true agents. This proposes a severe problem on solving how to make a fuller stage for representatives of independents.
