摘要
介绍了国内外临床护理专家的发展历史、现状以及培养模式,针对我国现行体制下临床护理专家的发展现状,提出了临床护理专家和护理硕士专业学位研究生"双轨合一"培养模式的构想。
It introduced the development history, status quo and training model of domestic and foreign clinical nursing specialists,aiming at the development status of clinical nursing specialist under the current system in china,it put forward the idea of ＂two-track one＂ training model with clinical nurse specialists and master of nursing specialist postgraduate.
