摘要
推进系统承担着整个盾构机的向前顶进、换向及姿态调整等一系列复杂任务,其控制性能的好坏对盾构施工控制的多个方面均会产生直接影响。该文对液压推进系统中所运用到的分区-分组联合控制技术、压力流量复合控制技术、负载敏感技术、二通插装技术等主要关键技术进行了分析,并对各自的研究现状和发展前景进行了分析与展望,进而为液压技术在盾构推进系统中的广泛应用提供一定的理论指导。
Thrust system undertakes the forward promotion, commutation, attitude adjustment, and other complex missions of shield machine, so the control performance of it has direct influence on the shield construction control. This paper mainly studies on the key technologies of thrust hydraulic system, such as division-grouping combined control, pressure and flow compound control, load sensing, two-way cartridge, and so on. Analysis and prospect of the research status and development are made, hoping provide certain theoretical guidance for the extensive application of hydraulic technique in shield thrust system.
