摘要
某厂方圆坯步进式翻转冷床在线运行时,由于设计不合理,出现升降动作不同步、整体运行时间达不到设计拉速要求的缺陷。该文针对这种情况,对该系统进行改造,解决了存在的问题,从而减少备件、油品消耗、确保了设备在线的正常运行和设计拉速的实现,使设备的故障率得到了控制。
A round billet step type tilting cooling bed on-line operation, due to the unreasonable design, appearance of lifting action is not synchronized, the overall running time is not up to the design requirements of the defects of casting speed. This article in view of this situation, the system transformation, the problem was solved, thereby reducing the spare parts, oil consumption, to ensure that the equipment on line and the normal operation of design drawing speed is achieved, so that the failure rate of the equipment can be controlled.
