浅谈提高皮带秤正常作业率的两类手段

Comment on the means to improve trouble-free operation rate of belt weighers

皮带秤容易受环境、工况和皮带效应的影响而难以长久维持其检定或校准时的性能。为此皮带秤用户与制造商采取了种种措施,以延长皮带秤在其性能超出容许范围之前保持正常工作的时间。这些措施大致可归结为:加强维护以及增强环境适应能力、提高耐久性这两个方面,本文对此进行了简要分析与评述。

Belt weighers will be affected by environment, working conditions and ＂belt effect＂ easily, so that their performances cannot be maintained for a long time as they in verification or calibration time. In order to prolong proper functioning time of belt weighers,manufactures and users take a variety of measures that boil down to two ways：to intensify maintenance,and to improve design and manufacture of belt weighers for enhancing their adaptive capacity to environment and advancing their durability. These measures and ways are analysed and commented in this article.
