关节镜监视下经皮球囊扩张治疗胫骨平台骨折(Schatzker Ⅲ型)的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨在关节镜监视下经皮球囊扩张、骨水泥灌注填充治疗胫骨平台骨折(Schatzker Ⅲ型)的临床疗效。方法选取21例Schatzker Ⅲ型的胫骨平台骨折,均在关节镜监视下经皮球囊扩张治疗,术后早期进行功能锻练。结果术后Schatzker Ⅲ型的胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能评分、膝关节间隙宽度均优于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜监视下经皮球囊扩张术是治疗胫骨平台骨折(Schatzker Ⅲ型)的一项新技术,能使膝关节功能恢复满意,避免后期并发创伤性关节炎,对减少致残率有着较明显的效果。 Objective To discuss the clinical outcomes of tibial plateau fractures (SchatzkerⅢ)treated with Percutaneous balloon dilatation and Injection of Polymethylmethacrylate assisted by arthroscopy. Methods 21 cases of tibial plateau fractures (Schatzker III) were treated with arthroscopy-assisted operative management and Percutaneous balloon dilatation. Results Knee function scores, knee joint space width of Fracture of tibial plateau after operation were better than before operation (P〈0.05), the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion It is a new technique that Percutaneous balloon dilatation and Injection of Polymethyl- meth- acrylate assisted by arthroscopy which can recover satisfactorily for the function of knee, avoid to traumatic arthritis and re- duce the disability rates.
