一体化急救护理管理在严重创伤患者救治中应用的探讨

The Learning from the Application of Integrated Emergency Nursing Management in the Treatment of Patients with Severe Trauma

目的探讨一体化急救护理管理在严重创伤患者救治中的临床应用效果。方法选择该院2010年3月—2012年3月急诊科收治的160例患者作为研究对象。结果通过采用一体化护理管理方法,严重创伤患者的抢救成功率逐年上升,护理人员的素质与护理质量也有了明显的提高。结论开展一体化的急救管理制度与程序,提高了严重创伤患者的救治效果,具有良好的社会效益。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect and experience of applying emergency treatment management in patients with serious trauma. Methods Select 160 patients in our hospital from March, 2010 to March, 2012 as the objects of this study. Results After applying integrated emergency treatment management in patients with serious trauma, the success rate of rescue keeps rais- ing. Conclusion Carrying out the system and process of emergency treatment management, improve the rescue effect to patients with serious trauma, create social effect.
