摘要
目的探讨采用白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入对超高度近视合并白内障患者进行手术,观察患者术后的疗效。方法对43只眼超高度近视白内障患者实施白内障超声乳化摘除人工晶体植入,记录其术后效果。结果术后裸眼视力≥0.4者12眼(28%),0.1～0.4者28眼(65%)。结论白内障超声乳化摘除人工晶体植入治疗超高度近视合并白内障眼是安全有效的。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of phacoemlsification and implant intraocular lens in patients with extreme myopia complication cataract. Methods Phacoemlsification and im plant intraocular lens was performend on 43 eyes.The post-op- eration effect were registered and observed. Results The naked eyes vision of post-operation was ≥0.4 in 12 eyes （28%）,0.1-0.4 28 eyes（65%）. Conclusion Implant intraocular lens is an effective and safety for the treatment of patients with extreme myopia com- plication cataract.
