甘油果糖与甘露醇治疗颅脑损伤后颅内高压临床疗效分析

Glycerin Fructose and Mannitol Treatment after Craniocerebral Injury of Intracranial Pressure Clinical Curative Effect Analysis

目的探讨甘油果糖与甘露醇对于治疗颅脑损伤后颅内高压患者的临床治疗效果。方法将该院2010年1月—2011年12月期间所收治的40例由脑挫裂伤以及脑内血肿等相关原因所引起的颅内高压患者进行入院的随机分组,分为对照组以及治疗组,其中对照组中的20例颅内高压患者给予甘露果糖进行治疗,而治疗组中的20例患者则给予甘露醇进行临床治疗,两组治疗疗程为2周,将患者的相关变化进行全面观察记录。结果通过对两组患者采取不同的临床治疗,效果之间的差距相对明显,在治疗6d左右治疗组患者的治疗效果明显高于对照组,不但头痛得到有效缓解,水肿范围也逐渐优化。结论无论是甘油果糖还是甘露醇治疗颅脑损伤后颅内高压患者都有不同程度上的疼痛缓解以及水肿减轻的情况,但是相比之下甘露醇效果更优。

Objective Glycerol fructose and mannitol for the treatment of traumatic intracranial hypertension in patients with clini- cal therapeutic effect. Results The two groups of patients with different clini- cal therapeutic effect, the gap between the obvious, in the treatment of 6 days the patients in the treatment group curative effect obviously higher than those in the control group, not only effectively relieve headache, edema scope also gradually optimization. Conclusion Either glycerol or mannitol in the treatment of traumatic intracranial hypertension patients have different degree of pain relief and edema of the situation, but under photograph comparing mannitol effect better.
