盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊联合盐酸舍曲林片结合男性外生殖器治疗仪治疗早泄的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Capsules Combined with Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets and Therapeutic Apparatus of the Male External Genitalia in the Treatment of Premature Ejaculation

目的探讨盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊联合盐酸舍曲林结合男性外生殖器治疗仪治疗早泄的临床疗效。方法将137例早泄患者随机分成三组,A组46例,采取盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊联合盐酸舍曲林治疗;B组46例,采用男性外生殖器治疗仪治疗;C组45例,采用A组联合B组疗法。疗程均为6周,观察三组患者临床疗效、射精潜伏时间(IEIL)及夫妻性生活满意度。结果 C组总有效率明显优于A、B组;三组IEIL、夫妻性生活满意度均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),A组与B组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),C组IEIL、夫妻性生活满意度均优于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊联合盐酸舍曲林结合男性外生殖器治疗仪治疗早泄疗效显著,优于单纯药物联合治疗及单纯仪器治疗,适合临床推广使用。

Objective To discuss the clinical observation on tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules combined with sertraline hydrochloride tablets and therapeutic apparatus of the male external genitalia in the treatment of premature ejaculation.Methods 137 patients with premature ejaculation were randomly divided into three groups to observe the clinical efficacy of the three groups, ejaculatory latency time and marital sex life satisfaction.46 patients in A group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules;46 patients in B group was treated with therapeutic apparatus of the male external genitalia;45 patients in C group was treated by A group therapy combined with group B therapy.The course of treatment was 6 weeks.Result C group was significantly better than group A and group B Conclusion IEIL in three groups, marital sex life satisfaction were improved than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. There was no statistical difference between A group and B group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules combined with sertra-line hydrochloride tablets and therapeutic apparatus of the male external genitalia in the treatment of premature ejaculation is better than simple drug combination and simple instruments.
