伊贝沙坦与贝那普利治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect and Safety of Irbesartan and Benner Pury in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的分析伊贝沙坦和贝那普利用于治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效和安全性。方法将56例老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为A组和B组,两组患者均采取常规的治疗,其中A组加用伊贝沙坦治疗,B组加用贝那普利,观察两组的治疗效果。结果经过20w的治疗,两组治疗总有效率比较无显著差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义。其中两组患者的血生化指标和LVMI均比治疗前有显著差异(P<0.05),但组间比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论伊贝沙坦和贝那普利治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的效果相似,但伊贝沙坦的耐受性与安全性更高,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze clinical effect and safety of irbesartan and benner pury in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Method 56 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into group A and group B ,two patients weretaken to conventional thera- py, group A plus with irbesartan treatment, and group B adopted Benner Pury. The effect of therapeutic was observed in two groups.Results After 20 weeks of treatment, the total efficiency of the two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）,no statistical significance. There was significant difference among the two groups of patients with blood biochemical indexes and LVMI than before the treatment （P〈 0.05）, but no difference between groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusions Effects of Irbesartan and Benner Pury therapy in elderly patients with chronic heart failure is similar to that of Irbesartan. But Irbesartan does better in tolerance and safety, which is more worthy for clinical application.
