曲安奈德与磷酸氯喹联合在治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床应用

The Clinical Application of Triamcinolone Acetonide Combined with Chloroquine in the Treatment of Oral lichen Planus

目的观察曲安奈德与磷酸氯喹联合在治疗口腔扁平苔藓方面的效果。方法 2010年1月～2012年1月,82例口腔扁平苔藓患者随机分为两组各41例,观察组采用曲安奈德与磷酸氯喹联合治疗,对照组仅采用磷酸氯喹治疗,比较观察两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的主观指标疗效总有效率为82.9%,高于对照组的68.3%(P<0.05)。观察组的客观指标疗效总有效率为90.2%,高于对照组的75.6%(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德与磷酸氯喹联合治疗口腔扁平苔藓,能够明显提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with chloroquine in treat- ment with oral lichen planus.Method From January 2010 to January 2012, 82 cases of oral lichen planus patients were classified into two groups, which observation group of 41 cases were treated with triamcinolone acetonide combined with chloroquine and control group of 41 cases were only treated with chloroquine.The effects between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of subjective indexes in ob- servation group was 82.9%, which was significantly higher than that in control group with 68.3%(P<0.05).The total effective rate of objective indexes in observation group was 90.2%, which was significantly higher than that in control group with 75.6%(P<0.05).Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide combined with chloroquine in treatment with oral lichen planus can enhance effect, which can be applied in clinical.
