摘要
研究表明,76%的退变性腰椎滑脱症病人无神经症状,且病情一直没有进展,这类病人即可给予保守治疗。本文就退变性腰椎滑脱症的保守治疗方法进行综述。
The study showed that there was no neurological symptoms in 76% of patients with degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis, and the disease had no progress. These patients can be given conservative therapy. Conservative therapy methods of degenerative spondylolisthesis are reviewed in this paper.
