摘要
骨关节炎又称退行性骨关节炎,是中老年人常见、多发的骨关节病,其病因及发病机制尚未完全明确。目前认为细胞因子通过各种机制调节软骨细胞的功能活动,在关节软骨退变中起到了重要的作用。本文就与骨关节炎相关的细胞因子-分解性细胞因子TNF-α和调节性细胞因子IL-6在骨关节炎发病过程中的作用作一综述,认为对细胞因子如TNF-α、IL-6的生物学作深入研究必将有助于对骨关节炎发生机理的进一步认识,为骨关节炎的治疗及疾病的预后,提供科学的理论依据和可行的方法指导。
Osteoarthritis, also known as degenerative arthritis, is a common bone and joint disease in the elderly.Its etiology and pathogenesis is not completely clear.Cyiokines play an important role in the de- generation of articular cartilage, nisms,In this paper, we reviewed it regulates chondrocyte function activities through a variety of mecha- the role of cytokines(decomposition of TNF-a and the regulation of cy- tokine IL-6) in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis of the knee.We think that in-depth study of cytokines, such as biology of TNF-a and IL-6 ,will contibute to the mechanism of osteoarthritis with further understanding, provide scientific theoretical basis and practical guidance for the treatment and prognosis of bone arthritis disease.
