摘要
在室内 2 5℃恒温条件下 ,对家蝇种群进行研究表明 :种群的产卵前期为 2 d,产卵盛期为羽化后 7~1 9d;日产卵时间为 6:0 0~ 2 0 :0 0 ,日产卵高峰期为 9:0 0~ 1 6:0 0 ;试验种群平均产卵量为 3 96粒 /雌虫 ;雌虫产卵对壁不透明、高度为 1 0 cm的集卵罐有很强的选择性 ;雌蝇喜欢在较黑暗环境下疏松的基质中产卵 ,卵主要产于基质表面下 1~ 2 cm深度范围 ;基质含水量对家蝇卵的发育影响很大 ,含水量为 60 %时 ,卵期最短为 1 8h,孵化率最高为 97.3 3 %
The population of housefly Musca domestica vicina Macq.was studied under 25℃ in the laboratory. The female adult laid eggs after emergence two days. The oviposition peak is from 7th to 19th; the female adult laid eggs from 6:00 to 20:00 in the day, the laying peak is from 9:00 to 16:00. Each female adult laid an average of 396 eggs. The female like laid eggs from 1 cm to 2 cm under the surface of medium, appropriate medium are loose and contain water 60%. The height of gathering eggs pot is 10 cm and the wall of pot is opaque.Water contain of medium effect the development on egg. When water contain is 60%, The developing stage of egg is the shortest and 18h, the hatching rate is 97.33%.
