玉米雄性不育系双168^(ms)的选育研究 被引量:2

摘要 用回交转育法将玉米自交系 WN1 1转育成为双型雄性不育系双 1 68m s。通过田间直观性状鉴定和显微镜下镜检 ,均表明双 1 68ms的雄花不育性及其稳定性是可靠的。用自交选育法结合测交育性鉴定 ,选育出双型雄性不育的恢复系西 1 8,用其与双 1 68ms杂交 ,杂种一代雄花散粉能力达到 1 0 0 %。布点试验结果表明 ,双1 68ms×西 1 8与普通胞质的同组合杂交种比 ,其籽粒产量均稍有增加。因此 ,西农 1 WN11 inbred line of maize was breeded Shuang 168 ms male sterile line of Shuang cytoplasmic with method of back crossing. Estimated traits of field and scaned on microscope indicated that the male sterility of pollen and the stability of Shuang168 ms of maize is reliable. Xi 18 male fertile line of Shuang cytoplasmic of maize which were breeded with the method inbreded and estimated fruitfulness of tested crossing, crossed from male sterile of Shuang 168 ms and Xi 18 restorer,the degree of restoration of male fertile of F 1 is 100 percent. The test in several locations indicated that Shuang 168 ms ×Xi 18 single cross hybred was compared with its hybred of same combination of normal cytoplasmic, and its grain yield has a little increase. In this way, It is possible that The Xinong 11 hybrid of male sterility in Shuang cytoplasmic can be used in corn prodution.
