甘肃中部旱区定西县作物多元化生产的潜力分析(英文)

Potentials and Strategies of Diversified Crop Production in Dryland Dingxi County of Mid Gansu Province

应用潜力矩阵分析法对定西县作物多元化生产的潜力和对策进行了分析。结果表明 :现有的自然条件、基础设施、人口资源以及研究基地是发展多元化作物生产的基本潜力。这些潜力的相互结合与渗透可以形成更高层次的潜力。研究进一步指出 :潜力的发挥与相应对策的实施是该县发展多元化作物生产 ,增加农民收入的重要保证。现有种植结构的调整 ,农业研究与推广的加强 ,良好的市场机制的建立 ,政府的支持 ,农民培训与教育的强化 。

The potentials and strategies of diversified crop production in Dingxi county were studied with the method of potential matrix analysis.The results indicated that the main potentials of crop diversification are composed of existing nature,infrastructure,human,and institution.The combination of existing potetials can formulate high level potentials.These potentials and prioritized strategies such as the readjustment of main crops,enhancement of agri research and extension,development of market network, enhancement of government support and farmers′ training,as well as establishment of value added processing plants,are important to diversified crop production and income generation of the county.
