摘要
目的探讨餐后不同时间进行抗阻训练对2型糖尿病患者降糖作用的差异,旨在为确定2型糖尿病患者餐后进行抗阻训练的最佳时间提供依据。方法24例2型糖尿病患者入院第2天—第4天3 d中分别于晚餐后30 min、60 min和90 min进行为时30 min的抗阻训练,观察每天运动后即刻血糖值与入院第1天不进行运动的相同时间点相比血糖下降情况,同时观察每天运动前、运动后即刻、运动后60 min、运动后120 min血糖的变化。结果不同运动日餐后60 min的血糖相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);餐后30 min运动日运动后即刻血糖与对照日相同时间点相比下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。餐后30 min运动日,运动后120 min血糖与运动前相比降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。餐后60 min运动日,运动后即刻血糖、运动后60 min、运动后120 min血糖与运动前相比均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论餐后30 min运动对于2型糖尿病患者即刻血糖有所下降,餐后60 min运动降糖持续时间较长。
Objective To evaluate the effect of resistance training at different time after supper on blood glucose reduction among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and to find out the best time after supper for resistance training to lower blood glucose. Methods Twenty-four patients received no resistance training at the 1st day after administration while they finished 30-minute resistance training 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes after supper from the 2nd day to the 4th day. The blood glucose immediately after exercise in three days was compared with that at the same time in the 1st day, and blood glucose change before exercise, immediately after exercise, 60 minutes after exercise, and 120 minutes after exercise was recorded respectively. Results The comparison of blood glucose 60 min after exercise between 3 groups revealed statistical significance (P〈0.05). The level of blood glucose immediately after exercise in the 2nd day was lower than that at the same time in the 1st day (P〈0.05). The lowering of blood glucose 120 min after the exercise indicated statistical significance in the 2nd day (P〈0,05), the blood glucose immediately after exercise, 60 minutes after exercise, and 120 minutes after exercise in the 3rd day was reduced compared with that before exercise (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The blood glucose reduced strongest in the day with resistance training 30 minutes after supper. The duration of blood glucose lowering keeps the longest in the day with resistance training 60 minutes after supper.
