摘要
采用超稳Y型分子筛作为催化剂和异丙醇作为烷基化试剂合成二异而基萘.用正交实验设计的方法,确定实验范围内较佳的实验条件.该方法生产过程简单、无污染和无腐蚀,能达到清洁生产的目的.
The synthesis of diisopropylnaphthalene (DIPN) with isopropanel and naphthalene in rhythmic reactor with USY catalyst was investigated. The effects of the ratio of isopropanol and naphthalene, reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst concentration on conversion of naphthalene and selectivity of DIPN were discussed. According to the results of orthogonal experiment, the optimum operating condition, i. e. the ratio of isopropanol and naphthalene: 2, reaction temperature: 180 ℃-200℃, catalyst concentration: 5 %, reaction time: 4 h, was obtained.
